Rehabilitation of existing 60,000SF bulk material warehouse. Project included scraping, blasting and encapsulating lead-based paint off the structural steel. The building was then given a fresh coat of paint, followed by the installation of new metal panel siding and roofing, enhancing its overall appearance. The project was completed efficiently, ensuring the safety and improvement of the building.
