Located at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA, the project consisted of overall improvements and widening of Russell Road from the existing entrance to Catlin Avenue. Signaling devices were installed to control the direction of traffic. Many underground utilites were required to be relocated, including telecom, water, sewer, electric and natural gas to allow for the widening of the roadway.
